Sara Pione

Sara Pione is the practice manager for Universal Dermatology and Vein Care. She is one of the original two employees of the company that started as Universal Vein clinics with one location back in 2012. The company added a dermatologist in 2013 and opened 3 additional offices by 2016. She is involved in every aspect of the day to day running of offices including billing, human resources, marketing, accounting and managing the staff.

Sara grew up in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from The Ohio State University in 1993. She is the mother of four children including three teenage daughters which occupy most of her time outside of work. Working at Universal Dermatology feels like a family because of the close-knit nature of the staff and it is the part of the job she enjoys the most. She also enjoys being involved in the health care industry where she can witness firsthand the meaningful impact our providers have on our patients on a daily basis.
