Thank you for writing a review. We love to hear when patients enjoy the time spent with our doctors and nurses, but we hope for every patients' experience to be excellent from start to finish. Although we can't discuss specific details related to patient experiences online, we can share that we aim to make treatment affordable and accessible so that our patients get the care they deserve. In general, patient responsibility for medical bills is higher than it’s ever been, which means practices need to be extra diligent in collecting payments from patients so they can continue to provide the outstanding care and services expected of them. We appreciate our patients' understanding of their financial responsibilities for balances due and we are happy to work with them in order to achieve their treatment plan. While we can't talk about specific patient experiences online due to HIPAA privacy laws, we can share that we aim to provide compassionate, comprehensive care during every patient visit. We will always ensure the main reason for the appointment is fully addressed, allowing the necessary time and attention it requires. Therefore, we may need to schedule more time if additional questions and concerns come up that our dermatologists feel are safe to be addressed at a later date. This also helps keep patient and staff schedules running smoothly.
