From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with pleasant staff, filled out a quick update, escorted to a room. Wait time was only a couple of minutes! My appointment was scheduled with Sara Taylor, PA who is knowledgeable, a good listener & is always so caring & attentive = excellent bedside manner! The Dublin office is very clean & following COVID guidelines!

If you want to feel like an honored guest at your dermatologist, look no further. This, by far, is the most welcoming and professional practice I have encountered in my 70+ years on this planet. The moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted, taken to the examination area promptly, addressed politely, and treated with respect and courtesy. History, examination, treatment options, and follow-ups are done in a most exemplary manner. It is difficulty to describe this practice without using a plethora of superlatives. I intend to be a patient of theirs for the rest of my life!

You people are the absolute best. Please, all of you, remain in the profession in which you have chosen. You are exactly where you are meant to be. Honesty, integrity, and compassion. Dr. Keoni performed MOHS surgery on my nose (a month ago) and on my lower leg (yesterday). He is very precise and carefully makes decisions as to best method to close wound. He is very educational, taking time to answer any questions. He introduced me to earthing and provided a grounding wristband to try. After a few hours of grounding, I noticed my face was no longer swollen. I grounded overnight and was amazed that I slept soundly for the first night in a very long time as I am a light sleeper. After grounding for 2 weeks, I noticed that a trigger finger was no longer getting stuck and I can freely move it. However, the most impressive result was the elimination of pain that I had suffered for a year after my chemo port was removed. After seeing my results, my husband ordered grounding wristbands so that he could also ground. Within a couple of days, he noticed that his hand/wrist joint was no longer swollen or painful. Grounding expedites healing and bonus of improved sleep. Try it!

My experiences with Dr Keoni Nguyen have all been exceptional. I have been seeing him for three years for numerous procedures. I would say he has magical hands and can do wonders when it comes to improving a woman’s appearance. I would ask him what would be the most beneficial and cost affective for me . He has never let me down. His personality is warm, friendly and he has a way of putting you at ease. I trust him have faith in him and highly recommend him!

I really appreciate his staff too because they are very courteous and they make every effort to provide appointment times as soon as possible. I loved my treatment! I was considering miradry and when I read Dr. Skandamis's wonderful reviews I felt comfortable scheduling with him. This treatment is life changing!! There was no pain during the treatment and mild discomfort after. The results were immediate. I no longer need to wear deodorant and have stopped sweating. This procedure was worth the cost and I would encourage anyone considering it, to get it done!

Dr. Nguyen is an extremely skilled surgeon, but those skills pale in comparison to his inherent kindness. In this day and age, where health care is dominated by pretentious and condescending health care professionals, Dr. Nguyen is truly a Godsend. He is more concerned about you, the human being, than your surgical procedure. He will take the time to inform and educate you, the patient, about your overall health -- more so than your family practitioner -- that makes Dr. Nguyen so special.

I am new to town and didn't have a recommendation for a dermatologist. Feel like I totally lucked out finding this office. Entire staff is excellent and extremely courteous. From the scheduler, receptionist, nurse, and nurse's assistant. Someone even patiently gave me directions when I was lost on my way in and had to call. I would highly recommend the Lewis Center location.

Having recently discovered that I had basal cell carcinoma on my nose, I was very fortunate to have been scheduled for treatment with Dr. Keoni. My case was more complicated than I would have ever imagined and (with the very sensitive area of the nose), proper care and healing is a necessity. My surgery visit with him lasted many hours but his attention to cure and recovery has been outstanding. Weeks later, he's still treating the post-op. He even answers texts on the weekend. He's great

New to the area and needed another treatment. After researching dermatologist with laser services in the Columbus area I made appt with Universal Dermatology. I got in quickly and the staff was friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised on how much extra care I received here as opposed to my last place. I was so pleased that I scheduled another two sessions.

Dr.Nguyen is a very personable,outside the box doctor. He soothed the procedure by playing Hawaiian music throughout the whole thing. He made a rather scary experience enjoyable. He and his nurse were attentive to my comfort. They kept me informed of what was happening while they worked. In addition to all of that, they also showed me how to fix my cell phone case.

Such a friendly and warm staff- front desk, nurse, and Dr. Skanadmis. It did not take long to get an appointment and when I was there the appointment was quick, but thorough. Dr. S addressed all my issues and put me at ease about the problems I did have. I am so happy to have found this office and will definitely refer family and friends!

Dr. Nguyen is by far the most amazing Dr. I have been to! I suffered severe eczema on my have for years and it was very painful. Other Dr's would prescribe me treatment and nothing ever seemed to work. Dr. Nguyen hit the nail right on! My hands are clearer than they have been for years! No more pain! Thank you Dr! I would recommend him to anyone!

I wish I had taken better care of my skin! I am a busy mom and grandma so it has been easier to spend my time and money on others. Today I have made a commitment to do some things for myself! My visit was educational and really fun. The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. I am super excited to get started feeling better about my neck and face!

Dr Skandamis was very professional and attentive. I struggle with anxiety especially in regards to seeing a new Dr and this practice put me at ease. The staff was very polite. I've been to doctors offices before where the staff seemed bored and sluggish. The staff at this office all seemed so happy to be there. It was overall a great experience and I would recommend going there.

I was a little nervous in the beginning but the nurse and the doctor made me feel comfortable. The online registration was superb ... very easy to follow, thorough. The staff was thorough and extremely friendly. Checkin was a breeze with the online registration process complete. Everything that was needed was actually accomplished during the examination, and completed during the same timeframe. No waiting or return visit required. Excellent visit.

I was truly impressed by the entire staff. I had had surgery on my right hand making it difficult to fill out paperwork as I was a new patient. The receptionist immediately came out and filled them out for me. I was in and out in less than an hour. That included a small procedure. I was pleasantly pleased.

I went to Universal Derm and saw Dr. Skandamis - AWESOME visit!! Originally went in for filler but he was able to fix my "problem" with a simple botox injection. Saved me hundreds! Everyone at Universal Dermatology is very professional and real-world. I was referred by a friend, to Dr. Skandamis for a tattoo removal. I was excited, but nervous about the pain of tattoo removal. When I showed up for my first appointment, every step of the removal and healing process was clearly explained to me. So were the expectations of how many sessions it might take for complete removal. I'm very happy with the professional service I received from Dr. Skandamis and his staff.

It's been around 2-3 weeks since my first visit to universal dermatology and vein care and I am slowly beginning to notice an improvement in my skin. I visited the clinic for acne and even though I am pregnant the staff was very helpful in suggesting some products that would be good for my skin and also prescribing a safe medicine for the acne. Staff was very friendly as well.

I visited the office for my first time and was very pleased as to how easy it was to check in, be seen, provided a resolution and check out. The office truly has the "power of Sarah" working for it; all of the women were very professional, and provided great service. Excellent staff that treats each patient with professionalism and caring. I recently went to Dr. Skandamis for botox in my glabella area (frown lines that look like 11s between eyebrows), my experience was very caring with individual attention to my needs. The results were speedy and my frown lines faded away within 3 days!! The placment technique that Dr. Skandamis uses gave my upper face a noticable lift, with a non-invasive step towards looking more rested and younger. Who doesn't want that, right? I am so pleased with my results, this is the second time I have went to Universal Dermatology for my glabella area, both times same consistent, timely and noticable results.
