For optimum results with our chemical peels, it is imperative that the skin is prepped with the appropriate home care products. You and your aesthetician will work closely to achieve your ultimate skin care goals and she will advise you on the best regimen for your skin. After the chemical peel, your skin may or may not peel. Please keep in mind that peeling is a side effect of the peel and not indicative of the efficacy of the peel. It is important to protect the skin daily with SPF 30 or higher!
Replenix MD The Perfect 10 Peel
These medical grade, in-office aesthetic treatments are formulated to deliver the desired results for the motivated patient who wants a peel. The hallmark of the Replenix MD Perfect 10 Peel is that it provides a visibly apparent skin peeling. Within days the patient’s skin will be smoother and softer with a more even tone. The Perfect 10 Peels contain a synergistic blend of ingredients that visibly reduce the signs of aging. The Perfect 10 Peel comes in 3 levels: Universal, Intermediate, and Advanced depending on the patient’s skin type.
Glycolic Acid Peel
This peel is clinically proven to reduce signs of aging such as fine lines, wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and texture. Depending on the percentage of glycolic acid you may or may not have visible peeling. To achieve optimal results this peel is best done in a series, 2-4 weeks apart. Each appointment will last 30-45 minutes.
Salicylic Acid Peel
Prescription strength salicylic acid peels are used to treat acne, enlarged pores, and oily skin on the face and body for a smoother, clearer complexion. This peel may or may not be done with extractions depending on the type of acne that is present. Salicylic acid peels are a great addition to any prescription regimen and should be done in a series.
Eyes & Lip Peel
Target fine lines, pigmentation and sun damage with the Eye & Lip peel. A unique combination of Trichloroacetic & Lactic acid allows this peel to be gentle enough to be used on and around the eyes, yet aggressive enough to see marked differences. Depending on the patients’ skin and desired results, four to six treatments may be necessary. Allow 14 days between treatments.
Hand Peel
Hands are the first place to show age! Improve sun damage, pigmentation, and wrinkles with the hand peel. Light flaking is to be expected within 4-6 days and will last approximately 3 days. Pigmentation may appear darker after the peel which is completely normal. Darker areas will flake off and lighten over the next 2 weeks. For best results, patients should plan for one peel a month for 3 consecutive months.
